Right twist- left oblique: lie on the flat surface with your hands behind your neck. Twist your body toward your right knee and at the same time lift your right leg towards your right elbow. Do as many repetitions as you comfortably can do.

Left twist- right oblique: it is just like the last exercise but the difference is twist your body to left knee and lift your knee towards your left elbow.

Reverse crunches: lie on the flat surface first and then pull your legs towards tour chest while connected with stomach. Repeat this until you fell comfortable.

Left side crunches: first lie on the flat surface and bend your legs to the left side. Keep you back and neck straight on the floor. Now lift yourself as you do in crunches.

Right side crunches: this is similar to the left side crunches but the difference is bend your legs to the right side and remain is the same like last exercise.
